How it works
Stake once. Fight until you're the only one breathing. Take the pot.
1 · Deposit
Connect wallet and stake 0.1 SOL into the on-chain escrow. Your seat is confirmed only after the deposit is verified on-chain.
2 · Warmup lobby
First player to arrive starts a 5-minute countdown. While you wait, you can walk the map and learn the terrain — no weapons during warmup.
3 · Alone after 3 min
If you're still the only player at 3 minutes in, we ask: wait another 5 min or full refund. Keep waiting as long as you like — refund is always available.
4 · Arena opens
When the countdown ends with 2+ players, weapons appear and the last-man-standing round begins.
5 · Headshots = insta-kill
AK, AWP, Glock, Knife. A clean headshot is lethal regardless of weapon. Body hits deal normal weapon damage.
6 · Winner takes the pot
Last survivor wins. Payout is on-chain within seconds. Your prize-money total and wins are tracked on the leaderboard.
Pool & betting
Prize pool split
- • 50% → winner
- • 25% → buyback & burn
- • 25% → treasury
Refunds paid in full from the escrow if no opponent arrives.
Spectator bet pool
- • Watchers can stake SOL on any seat during warmup.
- • Pool pays out proportionally to backers of the winning seat.
- • Same 50 / 25 / 25 split applies to the bet pool.
No bets accepted after the arena opens — lock-in is final.
